Voice to invoice to Xero
Send Mucka a voice note — "Invoice Mrs Patel for the boiler install, three thousand plus VAT" — and Mucka drafts a professional invoice. When you approve it, the invoice is automatically pushed to Xero as a draft or approved invoice (your choice). The contact, line items, VAT, and due date all carry across.
Contacts stay in sync
When you create a new client in Mucka, they're created in Xero too. No need to add them twice. Phone numbers, email addresses, and company names all sync across so your Xero contact list stays current without you lifting a finger.
MTD-ready invoicing
Xero is an HMRC-recognised Making Tax Digital software provider. By sending your Mucka invoices through to Xero, you're automatically building an MTD-compliant digital record. When your accountant needs to submit quarterly updates, the data is already there.
