The reply waits on a card and in your Gmail drafts, and goes from your own address when you tap Send. Change it or send it from Gmail instead, and I won’t send it a second time.

The admin an email implies, done
Most emails come with a small job attached. A customer says go ahead, asks to move a visit, gives you the key safe code or says they have paid. I turn each one into a card that does exactly that: mark the quote accepted, move the visit, save the code on the property, record the payment. If I can’t tell which quote or visit they mean, you get a to-do instead of a guess.

Supplier invoices, straight into your books
When a supplier emails an invoice or a receipt, I read the attachment and put the supplier, total, VAT and date on a card, ready for Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Sage. No accounts software? It goes onto the right job instead, so the cost still counts. The same receipt sent twice only gives you one card. It works with Gmail today, and connecting it is walked through in the help centre.
