There is a chat on the page too, and it is the same me that answers your phone. I know what you do and what you charge, I check the diary, and I pencil a booking in or take a message. I always say what I am, and the chat is capped per day so a busy site can’t run up a bill. Setting it up is walked through in the help centre.
