But nothing reaches a customer until you tap approve, or say a clear yes after I read it back, so you get the speed without losing control. The only messages that go on their own are the automatic ones you switch on yourself, like booking confirmations and reminders. Hands full, up a ladder or under a sink? Say “Alright Mucka” with the app open and a voice chat starts with no tap. It’s off until you switch it on for your phone, and it only listens while Mucka is open on the screen. Type “chase Dave’s invoice”, then tap the mic, and I already know which Dave and which invoice, so you can start in the van and finish at the desk without repeating yourself. Ask me to open the diary or pull up Mr Jones and I take you there while we keep talking. Tell me “we’re shut Wednesdays” or send your logo and say “stick that on my invoices”, and I change the setting, reading numbers back before I save. Typing to me works on every plan, and talking out loud comes with a paid plan.
