Put two or three boilers at different prices on one quote, pick which they see first, and add extras like a power flush they can tick in or out. The total moves as they choose, and the job and invoice only ever show what they picked. Ask me for a good, better and best and I draft them. Pick the word that prints on their copy, Quote, Estimate, Quotation, Proposal or Fixed Price, because an estimate can move and a quote can’t.
