Run jobs easily

A diary that flags the clash before it bites

See the whole team’s day or week, drag jobs between engineers, and let me catch the clash, the drive that won’t fit and the job running behind before they reach the doorstep.

No card needed. Unlimited for 14 days. Cancel any time.

See the whole week

Day, week or month, every engineer and every job at a glance.

Drag and drop

Move a job between engineers without a single phone call.

Clashes caught early

I flag a double-booking, or a drive that won’t fit, before it hits the doorstep.

Your whole team, on one screen

Day, Week and Month views. The Day view is a proper timeline, a column per engineer, each job drawn at its time and as tall as its length, with the gaps labelled. Drag a job up or down to change the time, across to hand it to someone else, or click an empty slot to book straight into it. A job that runs Monday to Wednesday goes in with a start and an end, and I lay it out a day at a time and show you the plan before you save. Repeating work is one tick. Not ready to commit? Pencil it in: the slot is held and shaded, and the customer hears nothing until you confirm.

  • Day, Week and Month views, a column per engineer
  • Drag to change the time or hand it to someone else
  • Jobs over several days, repeating jobs and pencilled bookings

A diary that tells the truth

I watch for clashes as you go, so if you try to put two jobs on one engineer at the same time, or book over someone's day off, I flag it before it becomes a problem on the doorstep. Switch on drive times and the gap between two bookings shows the drive and what's spare, like “18 min drive · 27 min spare”. Book a job the engineer can't reach in time and I say so, but one tap books it anyway, and I never move your jobs. A job likely to run a quarter of an hour or more behind gets a likely arrival time beside it, red if the customer will be later than they were told. Step-by-step walkthroughs for the schedule live in the help centre.

  • Automatic clash and double-booking detection
  • The drive and the spare time between every job
  • A likely arrival time when a job is running behind

When a job overruns, sort the rest of the day

Say “the last one’s overrun by half an hour, sort the rest of the day”, or tap it on the overrun card. I measure the drive times, move what needs moving, offer a job to somebody who’s free, and write a text only for the customers who are genuinely affected. It all comes back as one card with the new times and the exact wording, and nothing moves until you tap it.

  • Ask out loud, or tap the overrun card
  • Jobs moved, or offered to whoever is free
  • Texts only to the customers it really affects

Never send two engineers to the same job again.

The diary watches your back, so you can get on with the work.
