Signed, issued and frozen

The customer signs on the phone, full screen, or the sheet records that nobody was in to sign. Issuing gives it its own number and a PDF, frozen exactly as signed, so moving the job or renaming the customer later never changes a word. A mistake is put right with a fresh sheet, and the original stays readable. The write-up lands on the job’s timeline too, so the office reads it without asking.

Straight onto the bill

The parts and charges on the sheet can be added to the invoice in a tap, priced from your price list. An issued sheet can be emailed to the customer on its own or sent with the invoice, so a subbie can send the main contractor the signed sheet with the bill.
