Alright Mucka Limited operates an SMS marketing programme to keep you informed about our products and services. By opting in to receive SMS marketing messages from Mucka, you agree to the terms set out in this section.
These SMS Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which provides further detail on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including in relation to SMS marketing.
7.2 What Messages You Will Receive
By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of promotional SMS messages from Mucka:
- Product updates and new feature announcements
- Special offers, discounts, and promotions
- Service enhancements and platform news
You may also receive non-marketing service messages (such as account alerts, job status updates, and payment confirmations) as part of your use of the Mucka platform. These service messages are not marketing communications and are sent on the basis of our legitimate interests or contractual necessity. They are not affected by your marketing opt-in or opt-out preferences.
7.3 Consent and Opt-In
You will only receive promotional SMS from Mucka if you have provided your express consent. Consent may be given by:
- Ticking a clearly labelled opt-in box during account registration or within the platform
- Responding affirmatively to an in-app or on-screen consent request
- Texting a designated keyword (e.g., JOIN) to our SMS number
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Mucka. You may use the platform without opting in to SMS marketing.
We will never treat pre-ticked boxes, silence, or inactivity as consent.
Soft opt-in: If you are an existing Mucka customer and we obtained your contact details in the course of providing our services to you, we may send you promotional messages about our own similar products and services without requiring fresh opt-in consent, provided that: (a) you were given a clear opportunity to opt out when your details were first collected; and (b) every subsequent message includes a simple way to opt out. This is in accordance with Regulation 22(3) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
7.4 Message Frequency
We will send no more than 4 promotional SMS messages per calendar month unless you have explicitly opted in to a higher frequency. Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and ongoing promotions.
7.5 Costs and Charges
Mucka does not charge you for receiving SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile network provider may apply. Please contact your mobile provider for details of your messaging plan.

You can opt out of promotional SMS at any time by:
- Replying STOP (or STOP ALL) to any promotional message you receive from us
- Updating your communication preferences in your Mucka account settings
- Contacting us at [email protected]
After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further promotional SMS from us unless you opt in again.
