Your prices, charged the way you actually charge
Set prices for services, labour and materials, plus your call-out fee, a dearer first hour, a minimum and an uplift for evenings and weekends. I price your quotes and invoices from it, so the figure is yours and never a guess.

Priced your way
Menu prices and cost-plus materials, used on every quote and invoice.
Call-outs and first hours
A call-out fee, a dearer first hour, a minimum and an evening uplift.
Areas and rates
Extra for postcodes further out, and your own Trade or Landlord rate.
Set prices, and the way trades charge
Fixed menu prices, like a boiler service at £95 or a gas safety certificate at £85, sit alongside materials priced at cost plus your markup. Prices go in without VAT and I add it if you’re VAT registered. Then the rules: a call-out fee, a dearer first hour with your normal rate after it, a minimum, rounding, and an automatic uplift for evenings and weekends. Pick the item and I ask how long the job took, or read it off the job’s own clock, and write it out line by line. Or just say “invoice the Sunday call-out, we were there two hours”.
- Menu prices and cost-plus materials together
- Call-out, first hour, minimum, rounding and uplifts
- Written out line by line from the time on the job
Pricing areas and customer rates
Name an area, tick its postcodes (I suggest them from where you’ve worked) and put a percentage on labour, a flat travel charge, or both. The screen says which area I used and why. Customer rates work the same way: a Trade, Landlord or Commercial rate in your own words, as a percentage, ticked on the customers it applies to. Materials and travel charges are never moved by a customer rate. Quotes, the booking page and the receptionist all price the same way, and the receptionist never mentions a customer’s rate to a caller.
- A labour percentage or travel charge by postcode
- Your own rates for trade, landlord or commercial customers
- The same price on the quote, the booking page and the phone
Easy to fill, and it keeps up with you
Import from a CSV, an Excel file or a Google Sheet, or pull your items from Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent and keep them in sync. Or tell me “add a boiler service at £95”, on a phone call too. Raise an invoice at a new price and I offer to keep it for next time. I spot prices you keep typing and offer to save them, one tap, never on my own. Log what the merchants charge and I tell you if you paid less elsewhere in the last three months, or answer “where’s copper tube cheapest?”. Your sell price never changes unless you change it.
- Import a spreadsheet or sync from your accounts software
- Prices you keep typing, offered for saving
- Merchant price compare from your own notes
Every quote priced the way you’d price it.
Your prices, your rules, on every quote and invoice.
