New-build sites, plot by plot
Switch on site work and tick a project as a site. Paste the plot numbers in as ranges, like “1-72, 85-93”, and every plot gets its own page for jobs, photos, certificates and paperwork. Price it from a rate card by house type and stage, with labour and materials kept separate, so 154 plots is 25 prices rather than 154. A progress board shows every plot and every stage, what’s done and what’s not invoiced yet, and you invoice a stage straight from the board as a draft, with labour and materials on separate lines so CIS comes off the labour only. Engineers pick the plot and stage once on the job, and every photo after that lands on it.
