Powered Now is proper UK software and its paperwork is excellent: around 100 trade forms, gas and electrical certificates signed on the customer’s phone, MTD and VAT returns. If certificates and forms are the heart of your day, it’s very good at that. Electrical certs are one thing I don’t do yet.
Where I pull ahead is the running of the business. I’m a proactive engine: I watch the jobs, chase the quotes and prepare your next move for one-tap approval. You can talk to me or reply on WhatsApp. I sync with Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent, not just Xero. And I start free, at £29 solo and £39 a head with subbies free.
